What is Next Person In Line?
It’s a tool for managing walk-in lines and appointment queues. Admins create a "line" (queue), visitors join it online, and everyone can see live updates on who’s being served next.
Do I need an account to join a line?
Yes, a free account lets you join a line and track your position. Creating and managing a line as an admin requires a paid subscription.
How much does it cost to create a line?
Plans start at $10/month, which includes one admin seat. Additional admin seats for the same line are $2/month each.
Can I make my line private?
Yes. Admins can mark a line as private, which requires visitors to enter an access code to view the board or join. Share the code with your customers however you’d like.
Can I customize how my board looks?
You can set a short, memorable URL for your board and optionally add a small image/logo to help people recognize it.
How do I contact an admin about a specific line?
Use the Contact us form and select the line/queue you’re asking about. Your message goes directly to that line’s admins.
What if my question isn't about a specific line?
Leave the line/queue field blank on the Contact us form and your message will go to our support team.
