Using the service

Next Person In Line lets admins create and manage waiting lines ("queues") and lets visitors join those lines. By using the service you agree to provide accurate information and to use it only for lawful purposes.

Accounts and billing

Creating a line requires an active subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access to admin features ends at the close of the current billing period.

Admin responsibilities

Line admins are responsible for the content they publish (line names, descriptions, and any board image) and for how they use visitor information collected through their lines or the Contact Us form.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
